25 years ago a Highlands and Islands tour of Liz Lochhead’s adaptation of Tartuffe became legendary as the broken marriages, noses and dreams of the actors provided more drama offstage than on. Today, three survivors of the tour take the play on again.
Older by definitely not wiser, can they navigate the secrets of their past to make the dress rehearsal? Will Liz Lochhead allow them to even put it on? And at their age can they remember any of their lines?
