A little “craftbombing” took place overnight on the canal at the Leamington Lift Bridge -Look at this!
Pat Bowie who runs the Re-Union boat on the canal explained:-” It was an effort to cheer commuters up on the way to and from work. The various crafty items were made by local crafters and schools. Three schools were involved:-Canalside, Ratho and Tollcross Primary. There is bunting and knitting, as well as pom poms!”
Of course Tollcross teach Gaelic so that is the reason for the Gaelic notes…. We hope someone can tell us what the note says!
