Hair by JFK is known for being one of the most dog-friendly salon groups in the UK, so to coincide with Crufts this week, they are looking for Edinburgh’s Next Top Dog Model. Following the release of their hugely successful charity calendar which featured their clients’ dogs, they are organising another doggy photo shoot and are calling for Edinburgh dog lovers to get involved.

Owners are being asked to submit a photo of their pooch and the dog models will be short-listed by the Hair by JFK team before Edinburgh’s Next Top Dog Model is revealed. All the finalists will take part in a photo shoot later this month and the images from the shoot will be used to create a special book featuring all their dog collections. The shoot will combine their two greatest loves – hairdressing and dogs. Owners will be invited to come along to the photography studio where their pets will be pampered and lavished with treats. Each dog will be given a fantastic hairpiece styled by owner Karen Brown using Pet Head products that are stocked in the two Edinburgh salons.

‘We had such an incredible response to our first collection of dog images that it’s something we definitely wanted to do again’ said Hair by JFK South Clerk Street Co-Owner, Gary Skinner. ‘With Crufts taking place this week, we thought it would be a great opportunity to show off the gorgeous dog talent we have here in Edinburgh!’
