Scots ultras clash in a pre-arranged fight

Two Scots ultras groups have been pictured taking part in a violent pre-arranged fight.

People claiming to represent Scottish Premiership clubs Hibernian and Rangers have been snapped as they dished out punches and kicks at each other in the organised seven-a-side scrap.

The fight involved seven members of the Hibernian Forest Fighters (HFF)and Rangers Riot Crew (RRC) line up and run at each other while displaying club colours and wearing black MMA-style gloves.

The brutal clash took place at an undisclosed rural location in Scotland earlier this month and the RRC louts were declared the winners after just 30 seconds.

Images of the violence were posted on the Hooligans.cz social media pages and football supporters from both clubs have been having their say.

One man said: “Where’s the harm? They all know the consequences and are there of their own free will. Probably a lot safer than street fighting.”

A second posted: “Hopefully these idiots grow up soon. One wrong punch or kick to the head could end with someone being killed.”

While a third joked: “That’s the only thing we’re winning this year.”

Ultras groups meeting up at secluded areas to engage in large scale violence has been sweeping the continent in the past few years and is now becoming more prominent in Scotland.

Just last month Hibs and St Mirren teenage ultras were pictured on the same website fighting out a bloody 50 second five on five battle at an undisclosed wooded area.

Hibs thugs were pictured fighting French ultras in a scrap in March while police launched an investigation after Celtic, Rangers and Livingston louts were involved in a large scale battle in a wooded area in Bishopbriggs, East Dunbartonshire last year.

More than 20 supporters were involved in the rammy near to the town’s Marley Field and Cadder Road on August 22, 2025.
