A brand-new publication – Glory: Hibs Edition – celebrating 150 years of Hibernian Football Club is available from today.
The brand-new coffee table style book launches in collaboration with Glory, industry leaders in premium football and travel publications.
This unique publication has been specially created as part of Hibs 150th Anniversary celebrations, recognising and celebrating the Club’s iconic history, memorable moments and significant impact on Scottish Football.
The edition begins with a unique foreword from Irvine Welsh, before diving into the history of the Club, telling tales from all the different chapters of Hibernian FC, with the stories told by the fans and the people who made them happen.
From the origins of the club’s founding, to the Famous Five, European Pioneers – the Greatest Game in History, to Hands Off Hibs and that day in May 2016 – each feature is told with its own special charm.
The 236-page bumper edition also includes stories from behind the scenes, featuring players, former Managers and staff who have worked across the Football Club over the years.
In addition, it explores memorable kits, influential signings, landmark campaigns and the cultural power of Sunshine on Leith, capturing the spirit of Hibernian Football Club.
