Police are appealing for information to help trace missing person 29-year-old Michael Winter who has been residing in the Dundee area but also has links to Edinburgh.
He was last spoken to via telephone about 7:30 pm (1930hrs) on Monday 24th August 2020.
He described as white, 5’10’’ tall, medium build with short black hair.
Anyone with any information regarding Michael’s whereabouts should call Police Scotland on 101 and quote incident number 3150 of 26th August 2020 or by speaking to any Police Officer.
