A 35-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with a wilful fireraising which happened around 5pm on Tuesday, 28 July when a barn at Setonhill Farm, Longniddry was set on fire.
Fortunately no one was injured and the fire was extinguished by the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service.
However, damage totalling £250,000 was caused to a tractor and other agricultural equipment along with around 100 tonnes of straw bales.
The fire also caused damage to the barn itself.
