Scotland’s first silent disco in a shopping mall will take place at The Centre, Livingston this Thursday, 29 November to raise funds for its chosen charity, West Lothian Youth Foundation.

Shoppers will have the chance rock around the Christmas tree and take part in the festive fun whilst donning a set of hi-tech headphones playing a mix of all-time favourite festive tunes.

The free event, which is open to 50 shoppers on a first come first served basis in return for a small donation, will begin at The Centre’s Christmas tree, which features Santa’s Grotto inside, at 6.30pm and take place around the mall, which covers a one-mile radius.

Ashley Bisland, Deputy Centre Director at The Centre, Livingston, said: “We really wanted to get the festive season off to a great, fun start and thought this would be the ideal way to do it.

“It’s a one-off Christmas exclusive so we are encouraging shoppers to get there early so they don’t miss out in all the fun.”
