Civil Service Strollers tell us they are delighted to be hosting a coffee morning in support of the Macmillan Cancer Support biggest coffee morning later this month.
On Saturday 29 September 2018 the club will host the fundraising event at the club between 11-12pm.
The event is open to anyone who would like to pop in and a have a hot drink whilst raising money for a very worthwhile charity.
Club chairman, Russell Pryde, said “We are delighted to be hosting our first Macmillan Cancer Support coffee morning at the club.
“We have the facility and thanks to our team of dedicated volunteers we can make use of the club for events like this.
“As a club we are always happy to help other causes as much as we can, last year we donated a large amount of food to the local food bank and we will be doing this again later this year.
“I hope that local people pop in during the coffee morning and we raise a good amount of money for Macmillan.”
