18-month-old Orla Sutherland from Glasgow is having a great time among the sea of bluebells at Dalkeith Country Park.
At this time of the year, Midlothian’s famous park is making the most of its blossoming bluebells with a special trail which visitors to the park can follow. This will enable them to take the best route to see spring flowers and also includes some fun facts about these popular blooms
Julia Duncan, Countryside Ranger at Dalkeith Country Park, said: “Our woods look spectacular with the blue and violet tones of the bluebells bringing a beautiful pop of colour.
“This is the perfect time to take a stroll along our bluebell trail to see these lovely flowers before they disappear.”
