Rock Trust held their Sleep Out Charity Event on Friday night.
Participants at homelessness charity the Rock Trust’s Sleep Out event all bedded down for the night in Festival Square.
The event in Edinburgh’s Festival Square (and around the Famous Speigeltent) helps to raise awareness of homelessness, and saw 150 people enjoy live entertainment from Gus Harrower and Monkey Barrel Comedy Club, before they bedded down for the night with only cardboard and sleeping bags to shield them from the cold.
Around £50,000 was raised, which will go towards the Rock Trust’s front line services supporting young people who are at risk of or affected by homelessness.
