Vue in the Omni Centre opened its new look bar space in time for its first Edinburgh International Film Festival (EIFF) screening at the end of last week.
The interior has been renovated to create a relaxed area to enjoy a drink whilst taking in breathtaking views across Leith Street and the top of Leith Walk, including St Mary’s Cathedral as well as St Paul’s and St George’s Church.
The refurbished bar opened exclusively for guests attending EIFF screenings from last Friday and will now open to the public from tomorrow, Wednesday 28 June 2017.
Robert Smith, General Manager at Vue Omni Centre, said: “What better way to mark being part of Edinburgh’s iconic film festival than to unveil this slick new space. The bar area features a spectacular listed window from the Lady Glenorchy Church.
“The refurbishment is part of our dedication to providing our customers with the best big screen experience possible.
“We are looking forward to unveiling it to the public on 28 June.”
