Crabbie’s have announced that they will no longer be a sponsor of Hibernian Football Club from next season to focus on our rugby sponsorship projects.
The company have been linked with Hibs for the last six years and currently sponsor the Famous Five Stand.
A spokesman said: “Crabbie’s was born in Leith back in 1801 and there was never any other football team we were going to support.
“Being on the front – and back – of the famous green shirt down the years has provided us with some amazing memories. None more so than that unforgettable day at Hampden last May when the Hibees won the Scottish Cup for the first time in 114 years.
“We will always be Hibs supporters and look forward to cheering on the team when they return to the top flight.
“C’mon the Hibees!”
