Michal Dobron has signed back-up netminder Jordan Marr to bolster Edinburgh Capitals’ play-off bid.

Fife-born Marr joined the Murrayfield club on loan in December for two games against Belfast Giants.

Then goaltender Marr went back to Hull Pirates who play in the English Premier League.

The 25-year-old said: “I thoroughly enjoyed my brief stint with the Caps when I was loaned out for the Belfast games before Christmas.

“I’m looking forward to improving my game so that I can be at my best whenever I’m called upon.”

He will understudy Capitals No 1 Travis Fullarton and coach Dobron said the talented goaltender was a useful addition to the squad.
