Our very own growing bus tour company Rabbie’s Trail Burners, is already a market leader.

Earlier this week the company won two silver awards in the 2016 British Travel Awards, for both the Best Escorted Tours Holiday Company and the Best UK Coach Holiday/Excursion.

Around 1000 people from the travel industry attended the gala awards dinner in London.

Rabbie’s is headquartered in Edinburgh, and they offer an extensive tour programme featuring London, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Inverness and Dublin.

With a team of over 150, Rabbie’s small group tours take their guests off the beaten track onto the back roads where other tours cannot go.

They explain that touring with no more than 16 passengers means that their customers get more :  more personal attention, more time with the locals, more time off the bus, more time on the back-roads and just more of an all-round memorable, personal experience.

Robin Worsnop CEO and founder of Rabbie’s Trail Burners said :  “Winning these prestigious awards makes me feel incredibly proud. Proud of the success of Rabbie’s, proud of all our employees, proud to have been recognised by our customers as amongst the best at what we do.”

British Travel Awards’ chief executive Lorraine Barnes Burton said: “Rabbie’s is to be congratulated on winning two silver awards.  Competition was fierce this year with more companies entering the competition than ever before – but ultimately it is the travelling public who decide the winners by voting for the travel companies they consider the best in the business.  The British Travel Awards is the largest awards programme in the UK and to win is truly an accolade and testament to the great products and services travel companies offer to their customers.”
