Jason Manford and Phill Jupitus will step aside from their roles in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang to host a Comedy Gala in support of Waverley Care, Scotland’s HIV and Hepatitis C charity.
This one night event takes place at the Edinburgh Festival Theatre on Sunday 9th October at 9 pm and gives a rare opportunity to see two of the UK’s best-known comedians on the same bill.
More special guests for the evening are also being lined up. Grant Sugden, Chief Executive of Waverley Care said “We are thrilled to be benefiting from what will undoubtedly be a fantastic night of comedy. The money we raise through events such as this makes a huge contribution to our work, allowing us to reach out to many vulnerable individuals and families who are living with HIV or Hepatitis C here in Edinburgh. We are very grateful to Jason, Phill, Edinburgh Festival Theatre and to John Stalker Productions for making this happen.”
