Police are appealing for information to help trace a man missing in the city.
Kevin McCuaig, was last seen in the Drylaw area around 7.30pm on Sunday 31st January 2016.
Since then, the 36 year old has not been in contact with friends or family and concern is now growing for his welfare.
Kevin is of slim build, has mid-length dark blonde hair. He was wearing a black Adidas hooded top with white stripes on it and black cotton jogging bottoms.
Officers are now urging anyone who can assist with their inquiries to come forward.
Inspector Graeme Dignan of Edinburgh Division said: “Kevin has not been seen since yesterday evening.
“This is out of character for Kevin and we are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare.
“We are carrying out several lines of inquiries to trace Kevin and are now asking the public to assist us.”
