McQueen Legal are taking part in the Edinburgh Legal Walk tonight. They all have their walking shoes on and the team including Nadia, Wendy, Dorothy and Jane  are raring to go under the leadership of partner Dot Mulally.

The main function of the walk is to raise funds which are vitally needed by advice giving agencies in Edinburgh and around Scotland region in order to continue the provision of free legal advice to help some of the most deprived and vulnerable members of our community effectively access justice.

The walk will take the McQueen Legal staff about an hour and a half after a busy day in the office. It starts at the Old Quad and finishes at the Macdonald Holyrood Hotel, 81 Holyrood Road where the team might celebrate for a time while putting their feet up.

There are various points on the route where those taking part will be encouraged to take photos. Photos might then be tweeted using the hashtag #legalwalk, so look out for them later on!

The Edinburgh Legal Walk is a really fun event and an important way of celebrating the collaborative work of the legal profession and the free legal advice sector.

Dot said: ” I am really looking forward to a walk around the city after a long day at my desk. The fact that it has an extra benefit in raising some funds for those who otherwise would not be able to afford access to justice is also something dear to my heart.”

McQueen Legal have three offices in the city in Bruntsfield, Chesser and Gorebridge and have a busy estate agency section. You can see most of their properties advertised here. and you can follow them on Twitter here.
