We might be the latest converts in the Slow Food Movement. We attended an event hosted by the Gastronomy course at Queen Margaret University on Wednesday night and it was very thought provoking. Read more here.
If you are interested in this way of eating good clean fair food then you can meet the President of the global moveement, Carlo Petrini, on Saturday morning at Edinburgh Farmers’ Markt on Castle Terrace between 9 -10.30am. He will be visiting the Slow Food Market Stall there to speak to producers and members of the public.
