Aperitivo Hour is back at G&V Royal Mile Hotel. The five star luxury hotel has launched a brand new ‘Aperitivo’ cocktail menu, offering a selection of signature serves accompanied by complimentary Italian appetisers every Monday – Wednesday evening.
The bespoke Aperitivo trolley offers a unique take on table service, allowing guests to sit back, relax and enjoy their own personal mixologist for the evening. Perfect for after work drinks or celebrations, G&V is putting the theatre and experience back into an evening out in Edinburgh. Choose from a selection of six cocktails, made at the table and served by expert mixologists. From the Classic Martini to a Smoked Ice Tea Margarita and Smokey Whisky Sour, Bar G&V has put a unique twist on some well-loved classics.
An authentic Italian tradition, ‘Aperitivo’ is available daily from 6pm – 8pm in the hotel’s Bar G&V, where guests can whet their appetite sampling early evening Italian appetisers perfectly matched to the drinks selection. Cocktails cost £8 each which includes a selection of fresh authentic Italian cheese, ham and bread. Guests can also dine from the seasonal Bar G&V Taster Menu, offering three tasters for £8 including; Zucchini Fritte, Bruschetta with Spicy Salami and Black Olive or Braised Octopus and Chickpea with Rosemary.
‘L’aperitivo’ is recommended as the ideal prelude to dinner and diners can continue their evening by visiting the hotel’s award winning restaurant, Cucina.
