There is going to be a Live Internet Storytelling Relay next week on Halloween. The event is invitation only and being staged at BBC Scotland in Glasgow. You can join in on the internet by clicking here or find out more on the Scottish Book Trust website here.

To celebrate the Queen’s Baton Relay setting off on its journey around the Commonwealth, Scottish Book Trust will bring together storytellers Peter Chand, Lari Don and Mara Menzies (these three authors are from India, Scotland & Kenya) on 31 October at 11:00am to share traditional tales from their homeland in this free internet broadcast. This event is suitable for P4-7 or 8-12 years. More about how to view this from schools or home here.

The lovely people at Scottish Book Trust and Edinburgh author Lari Don are collaborating with us on this competition…..How do you enter the competition? Well you have to watch the video below, then email the answer to theedinburghreporter@gmail.com before 5:00 pm on Halloween and you will be in with a chance! The lucky winners will be chosen at random from the correct answers emailed to us by then. There is no age limit….but adults may not understand the book…..:)
