SCOTTISH ENTREPRENEURS INVITED TO LEARN FROM INDUSTRY EXPERTS
The cream of the Scottish business community, including the brains behind popular brand Morphsuits, will come together next week for the inaugural WeDO Scotland conference.
Taking place in Edinburgh on 11 October 2012, the first conference to be hosted by leading entrepreneurial network WeDO Scotland will give high flyers from across the country the chance to learn from each other as well as hear invaluable advice from some of the industry’s most acclaimed experts.
Speakers at the event include non-executive director of Robert Wiseman Dairies, Jack Perry CBE, who previously held the role of Chief Executive of Scottish Enterprise; along with Morphsuits co-founder Gregor Lawson; former Wall Street trader turned managing partner of Genesis Asset Management, Mike Williams; and IT specialist Martin Mutch who is co-founder and chief executive of software consultancy Rocela.
Alongside the expert talks, workshops on everything from banking disputes to the future of social media will take place during the event.

Open to Scottish business owners and founders, WeDO Scotland members meet regularly to share ideas, experiences and knowledge at topic-based events which are selected for their relevance to entrepreneurs. Those involved in the organisation range from start-up businesses with high growth potential to multi-million pound turnover companies.
The conference will take place at the Point Hotel on Bread Street, Edinburgh. Registration will be at 8:45am and the event will begin at 9:30am sharp and finish at 5:30pm.
Space at the event is limited, however there are a number of tickets still available to both members and non-members. These will be issued on a first come first served basis.
