Today was the opening day of the spectacular jousting which takes place at Linlithgow Palace both this weekend and next from 12:30 – 4:30 pm.
The brave knights staged an unforgettable display of horsemanship and skill with their swords and lances. There were also colourful camps, exciting foot combat, living history displays and comedy shops in the magnificent setting of the Linlithgow Palace Peel. So now you have something on your to do list for next weekend!
