ESPC and their new roommate, Cafe Citron, are working together to offer visitors to the ESPC showroom or anyone visiting the city centre a new choice.

ESPC, with its prime George Street address, and Cafe Citron, who already run two highly successful coffee shops in Edinburgh, are looking to bring a local flavour to Edinburgh city centre cafe culture.

Neil Harrison, ESPC Marketing Manager, explains further, “Over the course of this year we have been looking to find a partner who can provide refreshments to the 3,000 people who visit our showroom each week and draw new visitors in. We believe that in Cafe Citron we have a business that knows what the people of Edinburgh are looking for. The “coffee pod” they have created means we can offer great hot and cold drinks with a very fine selection of cakes and pastries alongside the homes currently on the market. When we ask visitors what would make their property search in the showroom even more enjoyable, the most common answer was somewhere to get a tea or coffee.

If looking for your next property is not your cup of tea (or coffee) at the moment, the showroom does offer plenty of seating, including fabulous sofas from Ligne Roset in the Premier Lounge, to allow you to take the weight off your feet and sample the delights Café Citron has to offer. The cakes and pastries are sourced locally to ensure the freshest and highest quality.

So whether you are in the market for a property, wandering along George Street or looking for somewhere with free Wi-Fi access (we offer that too in the showroom), please pop into 85 George Street and see what our new roommate has to offer.
