GLASGOW boss Cami Brown believes it will be a tough match at Berwick on Saturday (tapes-up 7pm) after the Tigers dug deep to beat Bandits in the West of Scotland.
The Allied Vehicles Tigers edged Berwick 51-39 in the BSN Series clash at Ashfield Stadium on Friday with evergreen Chris Harris the top man for the home side scoring 14 points plus a bonus point.
Former Berwick racer, Leon Flint, was next best on nine points for the home side and Brown admitted: “We knew that Berwick would be a tough challenge for us, and it turned out that way.
“The boys had to find something special and dig deep to get the first home win. The main thing was to get the win. I felt everyone got stuck in to get the result we needed.”
Brown made a special mention for Harris (pictured by Taylor Lanning) who began with a big win over Peter Kildemand in Heat One and the team manager added: “We now go to Berwick on Saturday night looking for another win.
“It will be very tough because Berwick have a strong side which they showed at Ashfield.
