‘Land’ An Exhibition of Contemporary Ukrainian Art

The Festival of Europe (Scotland) will support an exhibition of paintings and photography entitled ‘Land’, curated by visual artist Alina Litvinova.
More than 20 artists from ages 15 to 75 will exhibit their work, with a number of works for sale.
The word ‘Land’ has both a natural and a territorial meaning, with participants presenting their reflections on their homeland Ukraine, migration, their personal experiences and events taking place in Ukraine. The artists have also been inspired by nature, flowers and landscapes, with many works combining both themes.
This is a thought provoking exhibition, and an opportunity to reflect on the experiences of, and support Ukrainians in Scotland.
