Following the full scale invasion of Ukraine by Russian troops on Thursday morning, hundreds of people in Edinburgh have come out to express their solidarity with the country, and with our twin city Kyiv.
They gathered at the Russian Consulate on Melville Street where some sang the Ukraine national anthem.
