Former Hibs’ CIS/League Cup winning midfielder Guillaume Beuzelin will join Hibernian Community Foundation for the latest episode of – If You Know Your History – the charity’s new social inclusion project that is open to all.
On Tuesday 7th of July 19.00-20.15 ‘Boozy’ will look back at his time with Hibernian.
The Frenchman who was signed by Tony Mowbray from Le Harve made 99 appearances for the club between 2004-2008 and featured in a number of memorable games.
After leaving Hibs, he signed for Coventry City where he made 35 appearances scoring one goal but failed to settle and returned to Scotland where he played a friendly for Celtic before signing for Hamilton Academical.
After being released by Hamilton at the end of 2009, he signed in early January for Cypriot team Olympiakos Nicosia but was forced to retire through injury.
Boozy subsequently coached Hibs under-14 team before being appointed assistant manager of Dumbarton.
He moved to Hamilton Academical in January 2015 as assistant to new manager Martin Canning and was caretaker manager until Brian Rice was appointed head coach later that week.
