The gardens at Abbotsford will reopen on Wednesday in accordance with government advice.
Opening hours are 10am to 4pm every day except Sundays.
- There will be a one way system through the gardens with two entry and two exit points. These are highlighted on the map displayed at the entrances. The route is wheelchair & buggy friendly.
- We have on-site catering from The Haggis Box every day until we can re-open Ochiltree’s café, so you can enjoy a drink, a snack or a picnic lunch on your visit.
- There is an accessible Portaloo in the car park for emergency use. This is being cleaned regularly but not after every use. Hand sanitiser will be provided.
A spokesperson said: “The cafe, shop, exhibition and historic house currently remain closed but we look forward to re-opening them soon. We look forward to welcoming you to Abbotsford very soon.”
It is free to walk in the estate but they would appreciate donations for entry.
- You can donate* before, during or after your visit to the gardens by text (SMS) or online:
