Two of the creative directors at Edinburgh salon, SESH Hairdressing have been named as Scottish finalists in the Wella Professional annual Trend Vision Award for the Male Grooming and Runway category.

The Wella Professionals TrendVision Award is an iconic industry competition and a spectacular platform for true creativity, where up and coming stylists, as well as the most masterful colour work within the industry are celebrated.

Victoria Gifford finalised in the Runway category and Emma MacPherson in the Male Grooming category.

To reach this stage both were required to submit an image encompassing their personal vision of what is current and inspiring for their chosen categories in March. On Monday 13th May 2019, the SESH duo will attend the regional heat at Glasgow’s Hilton Hotel to compete against peers in their categories to progress to the UK & Ireland Grand Final in London on Monday 30th September. 

Victoria said : “To be recognised as a finalist in these prestigious awards is an incredible feeling and I am delighted to have my work recognised amongst so many outstanding entries.”

Emma added: “Male grooming is a passion of mine so to be announced as a finalist in this category was extraordinary. I cannot wait for the next stage in the competition.”
