Homebuilder CALA Homes (East) is offering buyers peace of mind following the refurbishment of a former famous hotel in Gullane.

Buyers looking to purchase an apartment at Henderson House will be
protected for the next 10 years with the highest level of warranty cover from
the National House Building Council (NHBC) – a level of cover that is rarely
awarded to refurbished homes.

First built in 1899, the building was originally a seaside hotel for visitors to
Gullane, before acting as the headquarters for the Polish army during the Second World War. More recently, it was the main training centre for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service.

Henderson House was officially launched last September by George Hope of Luffness, the great-grandson of Henry Hope of Luffness who first commissioned the creation of
the building as The Marine Hotel.
