SILVERWOOD TO HOLD FIRST WEDDING SHOWCASE

Are you a Capital bride to be who wants a country wedding?

Silverwood at Errol, offering the new type of relaxed “three day wedding celebrations” that many brides are now looking for, is to hold its first wedding showcase on Sunday 3 March 2019 from 11.00am to 4.00pm.

With an in house events team on board, the resort has teamed up with a host of local, hand selected suppliers, such as Gourlay Events, Stucio & Woaw Florists, Simply Bows, and Designed Occasions, and will present an interactive wedding showcase to further boost the area as Perthshire’s premier wedding location.

Silverwood will soon add a new Bistro to the mix, and is at the centre of a radius of other top rated wedding venues in Perthshire, popular with brides from all over Scotland – Fingask Castle, The Byre, Errol Park, and Guardswell Farm. Together, they are attracting many more bridal parties to hold their weddings in this part of the county.

Managing Director, Rod Sim said : “This is an exciting opportunity for us to showcase new suppliers, new wedding trends and new ideas in our brand new venue. The fact this whole area has grown significantly in wedding trade in the last eighteen months is great news for the local economy and is providing trade for wedding suppliers all over Perthshire and Tayside -many of whom are award winning. Our business is growing fast, and we are branching into weddings and corporate events with our own bespoke marquee and on-site team.

“We’re ideally equipped to hold three day weddings where everyone can come together to relax both before and after the ceremony in a beautiful country setting.”

The wedding showcase at Silverwood takes place 11am til 4pm, 3 March 2019 and is free to attend. Further details on Silverwood’s wedding offer at www.silverwoodlodges.co.uk.

All brides booking a wedding receive a free trial stay in one of the development’s luxury spa lodges.
