Berwick Bandits hopes of a road win were thwarted by the weather.

The Borders outfit were leading by four points at Ipswich Witches when the rain poured down.

The match was abandoned after six heats with the scoreline at Ipswich 16 and Berwick 20.

The result does not stand and a rescheduled date needs to be sorted out in the near future.
