Cyrus Todiwala is hosting an exclusive dinner and Masterclass for guests at five-star Fairmont St Andrews over the weekend of 24 and 25 March 2018.
The event is a celebration of Scottish produce, Asian flavours and French wines and the TV chef, author and media personality will create an exclusive menu for guests.
It will feature seafood from St Andrews Bay and the East Neuk plus seasonal produce from Fife and Tayside.
This exclusive evening is in the Squire Restaurant show kitchen and will feature selected wines from France.
Sophie Lurton-Cogombles, owner of Chateau Bouscaut of the Lurton family of Bordeaux, has picked the wines to complement the six-course menu.
Cyrus will create the dishes in front of the guests and, the following day, will host a Masterclass taking guests on a journey of combining flavours, spices and ingredients to make the perfect dish.
The chef, who appears on televised cooking shows including Saturday Kitchen, joined Edinburgh-based chef Tony Singh in The Incredible Spice Men series on BBC 2.
He said: “I’m looking forward to sharing my tips to on how to get the best out of Scottish produce. The team at the hotel are world-class and the stunning backdrop is the perfect location to host this unique experience.”
Packages are from £650 per room per night.
