Paul Sanchez is a New Orleans based musician and tonight he will play Bannermans in the Cowgate on his UK and Ireland tour.
What can you expect from him? Well there will be music but since he is on ‘island time’ there will also be stories.

Paul lives in New Orleans and when Hurricane Katrina struck he lost all of his possessions, his home and his music masters.
Rebuilding his world from a standing start has meant a difficult few years for him, but he is now back on track.
He has just completed a six month tour of the USA and The Netherlands where he played to sell-out audiences. Tonight you will be able to listen to him in the historic Cowgate.
Paul is a prolific songwriter and has written songs for Hootie and the Blowfish, for soul queen Irma Thomas and he has acted the part of himself in HBO’s TV series Treme.
His latest album released last year is Heart Renovations which was recorded in New Orleans and which you can listen to here:
