The Scottish Poetry Library is seeking an inspiring, energetic person to lead this ambitious organisation. The right candidate will be able to communicate a passion for poetry; maintain a harmonious and creative working environment for the staff; and develop the Library’s ethos of openness and accessibility while maintaining high standards of delivery.
The financial context for the arts is challenging and the SPL will require someone with strong fundraising and financial management skills as well as a compelling vision.
Salary: £35k, negotiable for an exceptional candidate, plus pension.
Start date: mid-May 2016
