Ginny Davis, his mother, performs two plays on alternate days at Pleasance Courtyard. In “Double Booked” Ruth Rich, mother of teens, tells a little white lie to cover up her son’s disgraceful behaviour. Others around her, not least the enviably shaped, surgically enhanced, Tim’s mum are concealing bigger whoppers and all lies collide in one hilariously farcical climatic final scene. “Double Booked” was a sell-out at Pleasance Courtyard in 2010. “Clever and witty” Scotsman, “sharp-eyed comedy” Three Weeks, “strong appealing characterisation and narrative” www.broadwaybaby.com “a delightful tale – highly recommended” www.fringereview.com Best Theatre Production nomination – Buxton Fringe 2011.
