A 39-year-old has died after taking ill on an Edinburgh Street earlier this morning.
Emergency services were called to Crewe Road North around 7.10am but the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The death is not currently being treated as suspicious.
A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Officers were called to Crewe Road North in Edinburgh around 7:10am on Tuesday 22 September 2020, following a report that a 39-year-old man had taken ill.
“Emergency services attended and the man was pronounced dead at the scene. The death is not being treated as suspicious and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.”
