Ten of the 27 properties at a new housing development in Winchburgh have already been reserved.
Bancon Homes has opened the doors to its first show home at Beatlie Woods following what the developer described as a “bumper” launch weekend.
Dozens of prospective buyers visited the four-bedroom detached Larch show home, which is priced at £432,995.
The West Lothian development features a mixture of two, three and four-bedroom properties and forms part of the wider expansion of Winchburgh.
Located around 10 miles west of Edinburgh city centre, Beatlie Woods sits opposite the village’s new primary school and within walking distance of the Union Canal.
The Larch includes an open-plan kitchen and dining area, separate living room, utility room and French doors leading to a private garden.
Upstairs are four bedrooms and a family bathroom, while the main bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room.

Prices at the development begin at £249,995 for The Loch, a two-bedroom mid-terraced property. The four-bedroom Larch and Birch designs both include integral garages.
The wider Winchburgh masterplan is expected to deliver at least 3,800 homes around the existing village.
The Beatlie Woods show home, at 1 Higgins Road, is open from 10am until 5pm between Thursday and Monday.
