Alexandros Kyziridis joined the Tynecastle club last summer from Slovakian side Zemplin Michalovce, signing a three-year contract, and now he’s gone.
The 25-year-old, who made his international debut for Greece recently, is joining an unnamed Turkish club for around £1.75m.
Greece-born Kyziridis scored six goals and recorded 11 assists in 42 appearances for the Men in Maroon and played his final game for the club against Benfica in Lisbon last Thursday.
Wouter Vrancken, the club’s head coach, said: “It is a good deal for the club and a good deal for him. This is football, we focus on the players who are here.”
