Hibs Academy goalkeeper Ryan Mallon has joined Bonnyrigg Rose on loan until January 2027, subject to SFA approval.
The 19-year-old embarks on his first senior loan spell away from the club following an impressive 2025/26 campaign.
That saw appearances in the UEFA Youth League and KDM Evolution Trophy alongside a number of impressive displays for the development sides.
A temporary switch to the Scottish Lowland League side represents the next step in Mallon’s development, with Bonnyrigg Rose looking to challenge for promotion to William Hill League Two under boss Jonny Stewart.
A Hibernian FC spokesperson said: “Everyone at Hibernian wishes Ryan the very best for his loan spell with the Rose, and looks forward to keeping a close eye on his continued development.”
