Edinburgh Curling Club held its annual charity bonspiel in support of British Heart Foundation.
Thanks to the kind generosity of clubs and members who sponsored the ice costs, the players who donated in return for participating, and the funds raised from a raffle, ECC raised a total of £1,000 for BHF.
With a novel set of rules for the curling all the teams had great fun playing and trying to work out who was winning. Once all the games were completed, and scorecards were double-checked, Merchiston Curling Club emerged victorious.
