William Frain-Bell has been appointed King’s Counsel by His Majesty the King on the recommendation of the First Minister.

Mr Frain-Bell is a member of the Terra Firma Chambers. He called to the Scottish bar in 1999 and to the bar in England & Wales in 2000. He has acted before many courts and tribunals including the UK Supreme Court and the Privy Council.

He has been an Advocate Depute since 2021 and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Chartered Arbitrator and CEDR Mediator.
