James Thomson, owner of The Witchery in Edinburgh has been hard at work preparing the boutique gothic hotel for Halloween celebrations.
On Halloween, it will be 42 years since James first opened the doors to The Witchery when he was just 20 years old.
A total of 350 pumpkins in all shapes and sizes from Phantassie Farm in East Lothian make up the iconic Halloween display which will be available to see until 5 November. After the festivities are over, the pumpkins will be donated to local food charities.
