Hibs’ youngster Fraser Murray has agreed a season-long loan deal with Dunfermline Athletic.

The 21-year-old midfielder impressed for the Pars as a trialist in their recent 1-1 draw with Stenhousemuir – netting a stunning long-range effort – and will now move to East End Park for the new Championship campaign.

Jack Ross told Hibernian Media: “Fraser is someone I think a lot of, and he is a big part of my plans here.

“This is about getting him the regular game time that he needs at this stage of his career.

“Fraser has been involved with the squad but this is a great opportunity for him to go to a good club in a difficult league and I look forward to monitoring his progress.”
