Police have arrested and charged a man in connection with a serious assault that took place in October last year.
The incident happened at around 2.20am on Tuesday, 15 October, 2019, in St Andrew Square.
A 19-year-old man is expected to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court at a later date and a report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
