Glasgow Tigers celebrated after winning the coveted SGB Championship Pairs title.

Craig Cook and Rasmus Jensen collected the silverware after dominating the event at Somerset.

Glasgow topped the qualifying with 25 points, Cumbria-based Cook, a former Edinburgh Monarchs skipper, scoring 12 points and in-form Jensen 13.

They went face Leicester Lions, the second-best qualifers with 21 points, in the Grand Final

Cook won the heat with Jensen third split by Lions’ Ryan Douglas with Scott Nicholls, an ex-Grand Prix rider and now TV pundit, last.

Earlier, Berwick Bandits collected ten points in the qualifiers and Edinburgh Monarchs 13 as both teams finished well down the list.
