Glasgow Tigers won the Craig Cook Testimonial meeting. They scored 31 points with Cook best for the home side with 12 points.

Edinburgh and Belle Vue both totalled 26 points with Sam Masters top scorer for the Armadale side with 11 points.

Max Fricke, formerly of Edinburgh, was their best with ten points while Workington totalled 13 points.

Workington’s best rider was Ricky Wells, Monarchs’ current skipper, with seven points.

Meanwhile, Edinburgh Staggs Bar Monarchs take a 12-point lead to Newcastle Diamonds on Sunday (tapes-up 6.30pm) in the Championship Shield.

The Armadale side won 51-39 in the home leg on Friday with Ricky Wells top scoring on 13 points.
