Edinburgh’s new Market Street hotel officially opens this week for bookings – giving guests the chance to be the first to stay and experience one of the city’s most anticipated new arrivals.
Those ‘first footing’ the new hotel, situated on the city’s iconic Market Street, can benefit from exclusive discounts of up to 30% by booking early and directly via the hotel’s new website with stays available from mid-June.
Market Street Hotel will feature 98 urban boutique style rooms including one suite, as well as the highly anticipated champagne lounge, the Nor’ Loft – the place to see and be seen, where a glass of champagne is encouraged any night of the week, not just for celebrations. The Nor’ Loft is understated, but vibrant and with a relaxed vibe, unrivalled champagne selection and panoramic views of the city, it’s set to be the most coveted hang-out for locals and visitors alike.
Guests will note subtle references to Edinburgh’s historical past, none less than in the Nor’ Loft which has been named after the Nor’ Loch which filled the space we now know as Princes Street Gardens between the 15th and 17thcentury.

Award winning designers FG Stijl have brought their unique style to the hotel, drawing on the city for inspiration, with cracked walls and a Scottish stone façade that complements Edinburgh’s iconic skyline.
