Jemma Craig (pictured) from Leith was one of the first Edinburgh residents to pick up a free coffee from the Royal Bank of Scotland as it showcased the latest functions of its mobile banking app.
The 25-year-old heard about the award-winning app which has a new messaging function.
It allows customers to chat with an advisor directly about their account, making mobile banking on-the-go simpler, quicker and lifestyle-friendly.
More than 500 coffees were handed out via the city’s top coffee houses, including Relish, Cafe Tartine, the Milkman and Caffeine Drip.
